New Year’s Eve 1999. Zosia Albrecht-Radecka is a happy wife and mother. Her second marriage with Kuba is working well. Zosia’s daughter, 12-years-old Florentyna adores her stepfather. It can’t get any better, it seems. However, Zosia blames her fate for not having met Kuba 13 years ago. As she wakes up the next morning, she realizes that her dream came true and she is now 13 years younger. It is May 1987 and next to her lies Darek, her first husband; Florentyna hasn’t been born yet, and out there are the waning days of the People’s Republic! When Zosia realizes that this is not a just bad dream, she will spring into action. First of all, she has to free herself from her tyrannical husband; second, she has to get to know Kuba. But since Florentyna is not here yet, and Zosia wants her very much, she has to conceive her with Darek…
