Our 31st Ann Arbor Polish Film Festival is fast approaching.
The start is on Thursday, October 31 at the State Theatre with Horror Story, a Halloween-worthy film screening. On Friday, November 1 at 6:30 pm we invite you to an Opening Gala in the historical Michigan Theatre. The reception will be followed by the screening of Kos/Scarborn by Paweł Maślona.
In the Festival program on Saturday and Sunday, November 2 & 3 at the Michigan Theater, you will find jury-selected documentaries and short films, feature films: ŚwiÄ™to ognia/Feast of Fire, and Doppelgänger. Sobowtór/Doppelgänger. The Double, as well as a children’s program with Kicia Kocia and O psie, który jeździÅ‚Â kolejÄ…, accompanied by a book fair. This year, we will again present a Ukrainian film, Slovo House at the Michigan Theater on Saturday, November 2.
For 31 years, the Festival has been organized with a great participation of the Polish community volunteers and substantial financial contributions from private and institutional sponsors. Without their support, we would not have been able to share with you our love for Polish cinema.
We hope that you will consider joining in financial support of the 31st Ann Arbor Polish Film Festival. For updates on the program and information on how to donate, please visit Ann Arbor Polish Film Festival.
Hope to see you at the Festival!
